Upstream and Midstream

Our solutions, from well site to refinery, help you execute cost-effective and fast-paced upstream and midstream projects. We leverage our extensive upstream and midstream processing experience to create designs for your projects that address current requirements, anticipate your future facility needs, incorporate value engineering, and allow for equipment reuse. Your unique needs are our priority as we provide engineering, procurement, and construction management services or fully integrated EPCM to create the most cost-effective solutions for your project. Our team is experienced at designing new facilities, as well as modifications and/or expansions to existing facilities. We have worked on a range of upstream and midstream gas and liquids projects, including well-head separation; gathering; treating; liquid and gas processing; storage; pipelines; and all manner of loading/unloading infrastructure.

Downstream

We know the challenges your downstream refining projects face amidst the growing demand for ultra-clean products and new government mandates. We work with you to meet these challenges while maintaining existing unit operations and limiting refinery downtime to maximize profitability on projects ranging from new development to renovation of existing facilities—and everything in between. Our downstream services include project evaluation and development; process simulation and optimization; process licensor selection support; utility system studies; HAZOPS facilitation; PHAs and PSM support; full scope design, procurement, and construction management services; and fully integrated EPCM.

Chemicals

Your chemicals project requires creative problem-solving to execute cost-effective, accelerated solutions and meet the growing challenges of the industry. Our chemical project experience ranges from ammonia, carbon black, and polyester resins to dry chemical production, and from FDA-regulated food-grade additives to dry cleaning products. We also have experience working with extremely hazardous or explosive materials and always put safety first. We leverage our expertise with ammonia, nitric acid/urea, carbon black, petro-chemicals, and more to develop chemical plant designs that allow for equipment reuse; anticipate your future needs; incorporate value engineering; and provide phased implementation and pre-turnaround construction to minimize downtime.

3D Scanning, Remote Sensing, Surveying, and Mapping

Our in-house surveying, remote sensing, and mapping services give you the data you need to make the right decisions for your project. Our airborne light detection and ranging (LiDAR) mapping provides highly accurate base map information in a fraction of the time of conventional survey methods. We’ll deliver high resolution 360-degree photographs of existing installations, allowing detailed as-builts, accurate drawings for retrofits, and collaborative design interaction for your project using our terrestrial LiDAR and panoramic visual database (PVD).
